She has led concurrent, revenue and statutory audits of nationalised banks, and has exposure to project and financial consultancy, share price fixation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Qualified CA in the first attempt in 2011, with an academic record of merit ranking and experience at a Big 4 firm (PwC) in financial consultancy. He has exposure to internal, operational and performance audits, management consultancy, EPM solutions and MIS reporting, and excise and service tax consultancy, including internal audits of public limited companies, manufacturing firms and three star hotels.
Qualified CA at the age of 21 and a Certified Fraud Examiner (US). A merit holder in CA and State Board exams, with strong exposure to statutory audits and compliance. He has led due diligence of listed public limited and private companies, fraud investigation audits of co-operative banks, and operational (management) audits. He has completed the ICAI certificate courses in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection and Concurrent Audit of Banks.
